How do I upload my ID documents?

Before we can complete your application with Great Western Credit Union, you must confirm your identity online. To do this you’ll need to provide a number of documents.

Uploading

Click or tap on the 'Upload your documents' box. You'll then be able to select an image from your device, or take a new one if you have a camera available.



Driving Licence

When taking a photo of your driving licence please make sure that

  • All four edges of your driving licence are visible within the image.
  • All information is clear and legible - no details are blurred or covered.



Passport

When taking a photo of your passport please make sure that

  • All four edges of your passport are visible within the image.
  • All information on the passport is clear and legible - no details are blurred or covered.



Photograph

We also need a picture of you so that we can make sure it's you making the application.
