With the upcoming bank holidays in May, here is an update on GWCU’s operating hours over the bank holidays.
As ever, the member portal is still the best way to manage your account and get in touch, especially during this busy period, so if you haven’t yet registered, follow our step-by-step guide to get started.
Early May bank holiday (6 May)
Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 3pm on Friday 3 May to ensure payments are processed before the extended bank holiday weekend.
Requests made after this time won’t be processed until the next working day, Tuesday 7 May.
Monday 6 May: CLOSED
Tuesday 7 May: Secure messages, emails and phonelines are open as usual.
Spring bank holiday (27 May)
Please make sure that all payment requests (including online in the member portal) are received by 3pm on Friday 24 May to ensure payments are processed before the extended bank holiday weekend.
Requests made after this time won’t be processed until the next working day, Tuesday 28 May.
Monday 27 May: CLOSED
Tuesday 28 May: Secure messages, emails and phonelines are open as usual.
