How to make a complaint
We do our best to ensure that we provide our members with the best products and customer service. However, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, then get in touch and we will investigate your complaint as soon as we can.

Please give us as much detail as you can to help us deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. We will aim to address your complaint within eight weeks. If we don’t manage to resolve the complaint within eight weeks, we will be in touch and let you know when you can expect a full response.
If you’re still not happy
Great Western Credit Union is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service, which offers an independent review service. If we haven’t been able to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, or you are unhappy with our final response you can contact The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and ask them to look at your case for free.
